Real Way To Work Your Abs

So, I have been hearing a lot of people complaining about there stomach because they want a flat stomach and nice abs. Well, don't we all. But, I know of a workout that works the core very nicely.

Now you may already know of this workout but I'm telling you it really does work. This requires two people to so this exercise.

1. The first thing you wanna do is lie down on your back, making a straight line with your body.

2. Your going to have the other person stand directly above your head.

3. While the person is standing above grab around their ankles and back of the feet.

4. Always keep your legs elevated, this will put a constant strain on your core.

5. Lift your legs together as high as you can and have the person standing above your head throw your legs straight down.

6. The key to this exercise effectively working is to catch your legs so they do not touch the ground. Use your core to catch your legs, and bring them back up.

7. Repeat this process until you absolutely can't do any more. If your doing it right, you'll feel the burn in your core/abs. This means that it's working.

8. To workout your sides just do the exact same thing as above but instead of having the person standing over you throw your legs straight down, have them throw your legs down to the right, then the left. This really does work. The only problem some people might have is finding someone to stand over them and push their legs down. It's a lot more fun to have someone encourage you while working out.

9. Having positive encouragement will also help you be more successful in your workouts and do them more efficiently.
